Refund Policy

At EJ Solutions LLC, we provide professional cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. Due to the nature of our services, this policy defines clear terms for cancellations, refunds, and service guarantees.


1. No Refund After Service Completion

Once a service has been fully completed, no refunds will be issued.
However, we stand behind our work and offer a resolution policy (see Section 2).


2. Service Guarantee (Re-Service Policy)

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will re-perform the service at no additional cost
  • Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations after team dispatch may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50%)

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the service location at the scheduled time:

  • It will be treated as a no-show
  • A service fee may be charged

5. Deposit & Advance Payments

  • Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable, unless the service is canceled by EJ Solutions LLC
  • Deposits may be applied toward rescheduling if notice is given on time

6. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered at all, or
  • A verified issue remains unresolved after a re-service attempt

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of EJ Solutions LLC


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact EJ Solutions LLC before initiating any chargeback.
Filing a false or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent service ban
  • Legal action or dispute response with evidence
